I have completed training I hope never to use!

I was a Girl Scout Leader back in the day and continue to live by

their motto of “Be Prepared.” This motto teaches scouts (and

adults) that good citizens are ready to help others, especially in

emergencies.

Disasters happen in the workplace more than we’d like to

consider. Natural disasters, acts of violence on the worksite,

accidents and downsizing all affect employee morale which

impacts employee performance.

While I am not eager for a disaster to happen, I am prepared to

be a proverbial silver lining to those suffering after completing

R3C’s “Disruptive Event Management Training.”
